Skin Food Papaya Yogurt Mask Wash Off Review

I've had this for about 4 months now.
I used it once...I put it in my fridge...and I kinda forgot about it. TILL NOW!!

I could only find these to buy from Hong Kong based websites, so the shipping cost was sooo high! So I ordered this one and the Skin Food Rice Mask which is yum to (I'll review it at a later date)

The packaging is totally sweet it looks like a mini ice-cream tub, with the directions and ingredients are clearly printed on the side of the tub.

You open up the lid and peek inside, it's a pale green with dark green beads in. You'd expect these beads to dissolve whilst you gently massage it on your face...but they don't, so you can get some extra exfoliating in there when you're ready to wash it off.
I've used it about 10 times now and it's just not going down!

I do hate the mundainess off running back and forth to the bathroom to wash masks off, I get settled and comfy on the sofa, but this is weel worth the trip! It leaves your skin feeling baby smooth and smells gorgeous!

You don't have to leave it in the fridge, but I do because it makes it feel zingy and fresh when you apply it, which is great for summer!

All in all, the price is great (minus the shipping) it smells great, it looks great, and it actually delivers! It feeds your skin making it feel super nourished and moisturised!

So if you can, I would definatly reccomend getting your hands on one of these!

I give it:
♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ 5/5

Body Shop Camomile Waterproof Eye Make-up Remover Review

This Body Shop Camomile Waterproof Eye Make-up Remover is the best waterproof eye-make up remover I have yet to find! It's reasonably priced and smells yum! It doesn't sting your eyes or leave them feeling dry.

Just take a cotton pad apply a pea size drop of cream and smooth with another pad, place the pads onto your eyelid lash area for about 10 seconds to start to break up the ever tough to remove mascara, then continue as normal.

It will gently yet effectively remove all traces of your waterproof and long-lasting makeup and mascara with a mild, fragrance-and dye-free lotion.

The packaging is pleasing to the eye, and it also comes in a 250ml bottle :D over all you can gently and effectively remove make up without rubbing and soreness, the camomile is gentle and soothing. Get yourself to your nearest body shop! go go go!

Benefit Boi-ing Concealer Review

OH. MY. GOSH!
I have fallen in love with this concealer! The boi-ing concealer really does hide everything!
As every girl I too suffer from the occasional spot and this really does just cover them, it doesn't leave them with an orangy tint or, in most cases, just makes it stand out even more! This covers and mattifies your skin. I'm quite pale so I went for number 1 and it's fabulous! Such a great match.

As you open the top of the cute pink box inside is written "if the shoe fits, buy the other one" I love it :D

I really can't find a bad thing to say about it...except, and this is just because I feel I have to give both sides, you have to screw the lid off, I'm used to flip lids so it takes a bit of remembering in the mornings for me.

It stays all day! I get one red rosy cheek, yes just the one when I get sleepy and this covers my cheeks superbly keeping the rose to a dull glow :D I even got it to cover a freckle/mole!
It does cost around £16 but it lasts for ages and it's worth the pricey tag for the coverage you get ^_^

maybelline new york line definer liquid liner review

It's cute and pink and gives you glamorous eyes! what more do you need? :D

This amazing eyeliner from Maybelline new york is one of the easiest eyeliners I've found to use. It's shaped like a pen(cil) so it's literally like drawing! unlike other liquid liners with their long thin stick that's covered in the stuff so you have to hope your hand stays steady about a mile from your face this has a cute tip about 1-2cm long!

Unfortunately I do find myself having to touch it up throughout the day, the first time I used it I naturally left it at home and when I checked my face at lunch time some of it had just...worn off. So if you are going to use it for an all day wear either take it out with you or pre-line your lids with a pencil or black eyeshadow applied with a thin brush.

It's really cheap and so easy to use, great for a beginner to start out with and looks so dinky and cute!

Gypsy 05 Jackie Cut-Off Sweatshirt in Adobe Red Review

The Gypsy 05 Jackie Cut-Off Sweatshirt is now my altime favourite snuggly stylish hoodie! I just love love love the off the shoulder look, and the awesome red colour!
It is constructed from eco-friendly organic cotton so you can feel extra good whilst you wear it (:
This sweatshirt features a relaxed cut-off neckline, rolled-up sleeves and a cozy pouch for your hands. It's made in California Hollywood! and inclusdes a doves-and-rainbow screen-print at the left breast and big tropical rainbow on the back.

So yes it's a little pricey and I had to buy mine from the U.S. but it's well worth it! I wear it around the house and even venture out in in (which I don't usually do wearing hoodies) It always gets good looks thrown at it, jealous good looks hehe. So start saving now and treat yourself! :D

Milkshake Leave-In Conditioner Review

So I first came across this product at my local hairdressers. My hair is notoriously knotty, you can comb out all the knots and all you need to do it look at it and it's guaranteed to have miraculously 'grown' some more knots! So my hairdresser used this bad boy on my hair and it was amazing, she could do my entire haircut without snagging the comb on a tiny developing knot and plus the smell! YUMMM!!!

This leave-in conditioner has been designed for all hair types but is especially good on normal to lightly dry hair. It generates optimum inner hair moisture balance and outer hair protection. The milk proteins and fruit extracts help to revitalize and improve shine whilst the added Integrity 41 and vitamin E seal in the hair colour.
Anyway...back to the smell...it's not called milkshake for nothing! It smells like VANILLA MILKSHAKE!!! *melts*! It really smells so yummy, not a single person I've made smell this has turned their nose up at it!
Just spray onto damp hair and comb through! simples! As you dry your hair you can smell the product, your hair feels silky smooth and helps it to stay tangle free!

The only downside is that since someone said it smelt like caramel, that is all I can smell, I don't like caramel, he's ruined the smell sensation for me. Lol :D only joking! it smells delicious! ^_^

Pantane Pro-V Clarifying Shampoo Review

Do you ever find that you're hair gets greasy quickly? Like it never used to, but recently you can't go one day without washing it?
We'll that could be down to a certain number of things, bad diet, length of hair...wind! But usually (for me) it's because of the products I use in my hair.
It's not like I use excessive amounts or bad products it's just after a while no matter how much you scrub you just can't get rid of the build up of product!

Now you could make a hair mask using lemons among other ingredients once a month, or once ever two months do what I do, grab yourself a bottle of Pantane Pro-V Clarifying Shampoo!

On the label on the back it says "Pantane Pro-V Clarifying Shampoo invigorates your hair from root to tip by removing grease and everyday build up (i.e. styling residues) to leave hair clean and healthy looking"

It does exactly what it says strips all the build up out and comes in cute clear packaging, the shampoo itself is clear. It may not smell as yummy as your usual Aussie or Herbal Essences but it really works! If you really can't live without your hair not smelling like rainforest's then just use the clarifying shampoo and your usual conditioner! best of both worlds!

So really do treat yourself to a bottle of this ^_^

Laneige Multi Cleanser Review

So I purchased this cleanser after I ran out of my usual cleanser and my make-up remover on the same day! Spooky huh! So I made a crazy £15 purchase of this 3 in 1 cleanser from Laneige.

It's a 3 in 1: Make-up remover, exfoliation and cleanser. The packaging is white with cute pink snowflake decorations and it looks like it can last more than 6 months.

On the back of the tube a brief description below:
• 100m Micro cellulose bead particles breaks apart and thoroughly removes the make-up residues
• AHA mixtures from 5 plants (orange, lemon, bilberry, sugar cane, and sugar maple) keeps skin elastic
• Ivy extracts an Vitamin E derivatives purifies skin impurities
• Multi-fruit BSC, Ivy Extracts, Vitamin E Acetate.

I started using it only in the mornings with my daily moisturising cream. After 5 days I noticed my skin was looking great, smaller pours less breakouts and well just generally looked healthier.

All you only need less than a pea sized amount, it exfoliates brilliantly and has that cutsey...clean citrusy smell, it literally makes your skin squeaky clean and you can use it if you have oily or sensitive skin too.

The only down side is that after I used this for about 2 weeks I found my skin feeling tight after using, which is bad because it means it's drying out your skin, so do make sure you use moisturiser after washing, I did and am now reaping the benefits!

Would I buy this product again? ...hell yeah! It's cute, clean and caring (:

Maybelline 18 Hour SuperStay Review

I love love love wearing lipsticks! Pinks and nudes are my favourite shades, but i hate the hastle of having to reapply. Yes I know this has been out for like, ever! but shh :D On a shopping date with a girlfriend I came across this product in Boots. Whilst struggling to hold our other shopping bags and coffee cups in one hand and trying samples on our hand, as every girl does, and out of all the lipstick 'samples' we rubbed on our hands only this one lasts. Most came off with a tissue and others after washing your hands but this just wouldn't budge!

This comes in a single double ended tube. The lipstick end has an applicator with a small sponge on the end for applying the lipstick, like you find in lipglosses. It just simply screws into one end, and the top coat pulls out of the other! The top coat is awesome, it's like a lip balm and glides smoothly over the lipstick and leaves a gorgeous glossy coating.

Just apply the lipstick, leave to dry for 2 minutes and sweep on the top coat. All you need to do is re-apply the top coat as and when you need! The packaging is recyclable as it's just a simple silver and red cardboard box. It has the name and number of the shade on one end, so you can easily tear this off and keep it safe if you ever want to buy the shade again.

The slight, and i mean slight disadvantages of this product is the the lipstick wand doesn't quite reach the bottom of the tube, so you can't get the last little bit out. Also it does not contain SPF which is a big thing in most make-ups nowadays.
Those 2 things aside, i love it! the colours are fantastic and it lasts for ages! well worth the £8 price tag ^_^

Beauty tips

Here's a few beauty styled tips previously posted on my website plumelifestyle.com I update on there weekly with more tips and tricks for beauty and body!

If you want bigger wider looking eyes all you need to do is apply your mascara a little differently. When aplying your first coat of mascara seperate the lashes by wiggiling the wand from side to side, then when you apply the second coat only apply it to the outer lashes and you'll ger that gorgeous wide eyed look!

Full 3D lips! Everyone wants fuller plumper lips at some point. Giving yourself that plumped up look is easy! simply apply your lip gloss or lipstick in downwards strokes, and you'll get instantly plumper looking lips ^_^

Protect your skin! The market is crammed full of gorgeous make-up, the colours and shimmers drag you in to purchse them, however as the sun is ever visible go for a safer option! Find yourself poweders, foundations and bronzers with SPF 15 or higher! these are brilliant for helping protect you skin without the need for using greasy oily sun creams aswell as your make up! these are easy to find in your local Boots, Superdrug and Body Shops

I know it sounds silly but washing your brushes will help avoid breakouts and help the bristles lat longer! It's really simple and doesn't take hours to dry either!
All you do is wet the brush head, lather well with shampoo rinse with warm water and lay flat on a towel to dry!
Brushes used for make-up such as lipcolour, foundation cream and eyeshadows should preferably be washed daily! all the rest just onces every 2 weeks will do, you can always give them a wipe over with a facial wipe until you find time to wash them!

BAGS BAGS BAG!

Because the lady loves ^_^
I love a good strong leather handbag with buckles and shiney bits and stuff hanging off and sewn in, but I must say I have a massive soft spot for tote bag and just cute bags with cute designs on them. A great flirt bag, a bit of fun child like to some extent but none the less gorgeous.

This is a Harajuku Lovers bag, and one I own. It's titchy yes, but perfectly sized. I can fit my purse, perfume, gum, phone, facial spray and still have room for chocolate! the back features another girl, this one blonde, which is has also been made into a small bell [if you look at the girl on the front's hair you can see a yellow thing, this is the bell] though very cute, it's also reather annoying, so I've taken it off and am using it on my feather garland I have at home.

I am a sucker for a swallow motif! This bag I found whilst trawling the internet, and it's so pretty, a vintage design with birdies! Yum :D

A Kin designed tote bag, made on 100% natural cotton, yes I do have to love this bag as I stock it at www.plumelifestyle.com , but it's so girly and youthful, bright and colourful! Loves it!

Yes I've falled for this 'Mad Hatter' tote bag. I love the simplicity of it, I am a sucker for monochrome! Featuring the on trend Mr Mad Hatter, but the old school story book sketched look. Great for day wear or jazzing up your grocery shopping ^_^

This bag is called 'Happy Robot' *wonders why* haha. It's just so cute, I love that you can see the straps sewn through in the black with the picture near the bottom piece. Looks like a great beach bag!

I have hundreds, well not hundereds [i'm not allowed] but I have loads of tote bags, from a white and yellow polkadot with a bird on to a black with vintage gold giant hearts all over. Bags, no matter what, I love them!
